2.Refund Request Timeline

  • Subscription services: Requests must be made within 7 days of the billing date
  • One-time Payment Service: Requests must be made within 48 hours from the billing date

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription plans and pay-as-you-go credits package purchases: Non-refundable once paid
  • Used services: Services that have been accessed or consumed
  • Add-on features: Optional features or upgrades once activated
  • Promotional credits: Credits received through promotional offers or referrals

2.Refund Processing

We will review and respond to all refund requests within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.For credit card payments: Refunds may take up to 30 business days to appear on your statement.
